She is a dream to photograph because she never looks bad.
Our friends the Hout's just had baby #5. They named him Luke and he is adorable. I am so happy for their family. The one year mark for their daughter Jacey's "graduation" (passing) is next week. It will be very difficult but thank goodness there will be bit of joy in there. I was talking with Heather a couple of days ago and she mentioned how strange it is to feel joy and sadness at the same time. Can you imagine? Every time you feel happiness it is coupled with or soon followed up by sadness for what could have been. I will pray for my good friends the Houts. This is a major milestone for their family.

so happy to see the hout's new baby. i don't know them of course, but "meeting" them through your blog has touched me. what sweet pictures of their new one. love the last one of him. you are so gifted, sarah! wish you had been into photography when we lived close so that we could have swapped tips & such. i could definitely learn a lot from you now.
